We Are Hiring:

Encore Mechanical, LLC is searching for a Senior HVAC Service Technician with a passion for advanced HVAC technology and the drive to excel in VRF systems.

Your Role:

As a Senior Service Technician, you will:

• Troubleshoot and repair VRF HVAC systems in commercial properties.
• Communicate effectively with customers, order replacement parts, and document work accurately.
• Occasionally direct and teach younger technicians.
• Contribute to our dispatch program integration.
• Recommend strategic improvements to our business processes and services.
• Supervise major VRF system remediation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service work .
• Strong working knowledge of the refrigerant cycle and controls.
• A desire to learn and work on the most advanced AC/heating technology.
• A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and values being recognized for great efforts.
