Job Title: Lumper (Loading/Unloading Containers)
Location: Charleston, SC
Schedule: Work hours will be from 8:30 AM - Until the work is completed. This is an on-call position , meaning work is assigned based on client requests. The schedule is not fixed and may vary—some weeks may have one or more workdays, while others may have none
Compensation: Competitive compensation. Weekly pay.

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Lumpers to assist with loading and unloading containers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of handling heavy lifting while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods from containers, trailers, and trucks efficiently.
• Sort, stack, and organize merchandise according to warehouse procedures.
• Inspect shipments for damages and report any discrepancies.
• Use pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent workplace injuries.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse or manual labor roles preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in varying conditions, including hot or cold environments.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
