We are seeking an experienced and energetic nanny for a nanny share in Alpharetta, GA. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM, totaling 37 hours per week. The family is looking for someone to start as soon as possible, offering $27 per hour, with the possibility of $28 per hour for the perfect fit.
This position involves caring for two young children, starting with one child and transitioning to caring for both in April. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment, encouraging growth, learning, and socialization through age-appropriate activities. Responsibilities include transportation to local outings such as library story times, playdates, and parks to foster social skills and provide enriching experiences.
During downtime, the nanny will assist with light household tasks related to the children, such as washing bottles, tidying up toys, and preparing meals. The family values honesty, reliability, kindness, compassion, empathy, organization, and excellent communication skills. They are looking for a nanny who treats this role with professionalism and dedication, collaborating with the parents to ensure the children’s well-rounded development.
This family seeks someone who is fun, bubbly, and energetic, with a nurturing and loving demeanor, who will approach discipline with age-appropriate strategies to teach social awareness and manners. Occasional date night care may be requested.
