B2B Inside Sales Associate "Solar"

Compensation includes a solid BASE SALARY and Profit Sharing which can be awesome $$$$$$$$

We are looking for an energetic GO GETTER to join our clients team as a B2B inside sales representative for Richmond Virginia. This is a great opportunity to work with the largest wholesale electrical distributor in the United Sates, in their renewable energy / Solar division. We are looking for someone to deal with daily sales task and achieve monthly sales target. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Knowledge of the Solar industry is highly desired or similar industries such as lighting, electrical or other building materials. We will train you!
Job duties:
4 year college degree preferred and or 2 year degree plus B2B Sales Experience in similar industry

• Providing excellent customer service and follow-up during all stages and aspects of the sales cycle
• Maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Representation and presentation of Company's products to small-to-large audiences at trade shows and other speaking engagements
• Maintain customer information, appointments and opportunity information in company's CRM program

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 yrs experience in B2B Sales with proven track record in exceeding performance objectives
• Proactive person who could work independently with minimum supervision and work efficiently in a team environment
• Result driven, multi-faceted, detail-oriented, & highly organized individual
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Understand the importance of following up
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Problem solving with company's team
• Must be able to retain and convey complex information relating to the operation and features of Company's product lines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written, oral and presentation) to promote customer satisfaction, resolution and loyalty

Background Check required no DUI's or Suspensions on Drivers Lic
Drug Testing is required of all candidates
