Position Overview
Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Medicaid Eligibility
Work Type: Hybrid (Training onsite, then remote)
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Location: Must be local to Madison, WI, and available to work onsite at 125 S. Webster Street, 3rd Floor during training.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into computer systems and ensure consistency.
Generate and maintain data reports, alerting management to inconsistencies when necessary.
Conduct database queries to analyze information and address any potential issues.
Interpret and code data from various document sources for entry.
Verify data entries for completeness and accuracy.
Perform self-audits and assist with audits of others' work to ensure adherence to procedures.
Contribute to special projects by providing updates to management and completing tasks efficiently.
Participate in task-oriented groups, offering input to resolve any challenges effectively.
