Roles and Responsibilities of the Job

•  Assists the Human Recourses department with items such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
•  Coordinate meetings including but not limited to preparing and distributing agendas and other meeting materials, reserving and preparing facilities, purchasing and preparing food and refreshments, and recording and transcribing meeting minutes.
•  Filing as needed
•  Auditing documentation with strong attention to detail
•  Replying to EDD notices
•  Ensuring new hire benefit enrollments are completed timely
•  Data entry
•  Assist with employment verifications
•  Perform other administrative duties as needed

Skills and Qualifications Required or Preferred

•  Strong Attention to detail
•  Strong sense of time management
•  Ability to learn and adapt quickly
•  Ability to communicate clearly
•  Bilingual a plus but not required - English & Spanish

Pay Range

•  $20-$23 per hour

Start/end Dates of the Job

•  Spring Start / Fall End
