Hospice Registered Nurse

Qualifications
Required:

• Associate degree or higher
• Hospice (2+ years)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR
  • TruChart EHR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)?

Preferred:

• Please provide your RN License Number.

Overview
Our Award-Winning Client is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join their extraordinary care team. The role involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans, supporting patients in Milford, PA and surrounding areas, and consistently meeting critical deadlines for charting.

The ideal candidate will have:

• An RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Two years of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred.
• The ability to self-manage time and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
• Support patients in Enola, PA, and surrounding areas.
• Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
• Self-manage time and schedule.

Schedule and Shift Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, and one weekend on-call every 5-7 weeks (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, 8 pm-8 am).

Travel

• Occasional local travel.

Position Details

• Title: Hospice RN ($10,000 Bonus)
• Location: Enola, PA
• Territory/Driving Expectation: Enola, PA into some of Perry County.
• Desired Experience: Hospice/Home Health, Critical/Acute Care (Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Emergency Dept, Oncology); open to long-term care.
• Compensation: $80K/year.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, and one weekend on-call every 5-7 weeks (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, 8 pm-8 am).
