Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Design Project Manager for a Full-Time position.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, fostering clear and timely communication on project status, risks, and changes.
• Project Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Use this knowledge to inform project planning and execution.
• Project Planning: Create meticulous project plans, workback schedules, and timelines to ensure the efficient and successful delivery of all project elements.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day project activities, including scope, budget, resources, quality, and schedule, to ensure project success.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to deliver high-quality project outputs. Embrace diverse perspectives to drive innovation.
• Project Methodology: Use project management tools and methodologies to plan, track, and report on project progress.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to project sponsors, steering committees, and other key stakeholders. Ensure transparency and alignment.
• Change Management: Manage change requests and ensure all project changes align with the project's overall goals and objectives.
• Team Development: Mentor and guide team members and motivate them to achieve their goals as well as the clients.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading design-focused initiatives
• Proven track record of successful project management from start to finish
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
• Strong understanding of the design process, including user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
• Collaborative spirit and the ability to work seamlessly in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., graphic design, project management, interaction design), or equivalent practical experience
• Highly organized with superb attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
