We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team! In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of solar projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate on-site construction teams.
Ensure safety is a top priority by conducting regular safety inspections and briefings.
Track project progress, manage schedules, and identify potential roadblocks.
Review and approve drawings, submittals, and requests for information (RFIs).
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Oversee material procurement and deliveries.
Conduct quality inspections and enforce strict quality control standards.
Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
What You'll Bring:

5-10 years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on solar PV projects.
Proficiency in Procore, MS Word, Excel, and Smartsheets.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage remote teams and adapt to changing site conditions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Bonus Points:

Experience with solar-specific QA/QC processes.
Prior experience in renewable energy projects.
Ability to present project updates to senior leadership.
