Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $140,000 - $185,000

Practice: FDA Regulatory

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Attorney - FDA Regulatory to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance in areas such as FDA compliance, regulatory, and other related areas. This individual will serve as a legal counsel and provide guidance in the compliance and representation of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on issues related to FDA compliance and regulations.
• Represent clients in all legal proceedings before the FDA.
• Provide advice on filing and prosecution of applications and petitions with the FDA.
• Develop and update relevant FDA compliance policies and procedures.
• Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the state of California
• Minimum of two (3) years of experience in FDA compliance and regulatory matters
• Ability to effectively network with clients and colleagues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
