What You'll Do

Supervise and coordinate patient care delivery, ensuring high standards of service.

Provide leadership by planning, directing, and evaluating nursing services within the assigned unit.

Conduct concurrent chart audits to ensure accuracy in electronic medical records (EMR) and compliance with patient diagnosis, plan of care, and core measures.

Address errors and omissions promptly while coordinating staff educational needs.

Contribute to strategic planning by recommending and implementing improvements.

Maintain operational objectives through productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Foster a positive and respectful work environment by engaging in courteous communication with patients, families, and colleagues.

Ensure daily rounding for improved patient outcomes and validate compliance with patient experience initiatives.

What You'll Bring

Active RN license in the state of Florida.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.

Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience in a hospital setting.

At least one year of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.

Strong leadership and communication skills with a commitment to excellent patient care.
