You'll be a great Restaurant Assistant General Manager when you have:

• The desire to assist by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the team
• 2 years or more of restaurant experience in a fast-casual, fast-food, or full-service restaurant
• Superior guest service skills
• A clear leadership style
