Responsibilities:

• Perform routine aircraft maintenance for optimal performance.
• Verify mechanical systems are functioning properly before flights.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Inspect engines, wings, propellers, and components for damage.
• Lubricate joints, replace damaged hoses, and conduct inspections.
• Follow maintenance manuals for repairs and replacements.
• Install parts to replace faulty components or improve performance.
• Repair sheet metal and test engines and systems for functionality.
• Resolve mechanical issues based on inspections and feedback.
• Collaborate with A&P mechanics on repairs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• FAA-accredited technical school (1,900+ hours).
• FAA-certified A&P mechanic with Inspection Authorization (IA).
• Experience with Cirrus Aircraft preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and mechanics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or record-keeping software.
• Detail-oriented with strong mechanical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and working at heights.
